Martin belongs to the most outstanding bluegrass personalities in his region.
Martin is famous for his exact rhythm and precise playing and above all for his wonderful baritone vocal, which is always enthusiastically awarded by audience.
His biggest banjo heroes are Earl Scruggs and J.D. Crowe and Martin met them personally during his visit in the U.S.A.

Martin has studied cartography at the Technical University in Brno but nowadays he is engaged in the area of finish hardware.
Martin is married and has two children - Hanicka and Peta.
